Reorganization of Self?Assembled DNA?Based Polymers using Orthogonally Addressable Building Blocks**

Nature uses non-covalent interactions to achieve structural dynamic reconfiguration of biopolymers. Taking advantage the programmability DNA/DNA we report here rational design orthogonal DNA-based addressable tiles that self-assemble into polymer-like structures can be reconfigured by external inputs. The different share same sticky ends responsible for self-assembly but are rationally designed contain a specific regulator-binding domain orthogonally targeted DNA regulator strands. We show sequentially adding inputs it is possible re-organize formed display well-defined distributions: homopolymers, random and block structures. versatility systems presented in this study shows ease with which monomers create reconfigurable micron-scale offering new approach growing field supramolecular polymers.
